1. Reflecting on Of Mice and Men. Explain George's perspective for what he did to Lennie.b. Do you think that was the best thing to do for Lennie?
I think George was thinking that if they would of got him they would of torture Lennie badly. Lennie sometimes didn't know how to control himself and that made him to go crazy. For being uncontrollable for himself he killed Curley's wife and for that Curley and all his workers wanted to kill Lennie. B.I think George didn't want Lennie to die in a painful way so i guess he killed Lennie . Lennie didn't see it coming so he didn't died in a painful way. he died but he died with happy thoughts that george was giving him like tending the rabbits and so.
a. Explain George's perspective for what he did to Lennie.b. Do you think that was the best thing to do for Lennie father's reasons for what he did.b. Why?
Well i think that the father did it because his own daughter told him so. He didn't had no hope for her daughter to be all healthy. but He must of suffer a lot for want he did. If i was the father i would probably do the same thing because i wouldn't want my daughter to be suffering . B. I agree for what the father did because there weren't no hope she was in the hospital for 17 years. That's a long time and that's just a waste of time for the daughter. It must of been really painful for him.
3. Man Kills Family after Losing his Joba. Imagine and list things that might have been going through the father's mind as he contemplated his "mercy" killing. (In the article, the father's suicide note gives specific evidence of why he did what he did. Elaborate on it.) Specifically, what could he have been negative or paranoid about?b. Unfortunately, with America's failing economy, many professionals are losing their jobs. While many do not resort to something as extreme as the man in the article, it does cause stress within families. What are some ways that parents can support children (to succeed in life) that do NOT require money?
A. He was paranoid because he lost his own job.mr.Lupoe didn't had no money and that must brought frustation to him . the frustation may be caused by the bills, rent, no food, and just being poor. ill prabaly get crazy like him too . B. well i
think the parents could support their children by taking them out. they could take them out like to the park the beach likr places that doesn't require money.they could support their children by being with them and having fun with their children.
4. After reading Of Mice and Men and the two news articles, what is your stance on euthanasia? Is "mercy" killing a legitimate way to ending someones life? List any exceptions, if you have any. (This response should be 7-10 sentences).

I agree with you. First of all because the father did have to do it because it was his daughters last wish.
